A heartbreaking discovery has shocked attendees and organizers of the Electric Forest Music Festival after a newborn baby was found dead inside a portable toilet at the event's campground in Michigan.
The infant was discovered on Sunday morning by a maintenance worker performing routine servicing of portable restrooms at the annual festival.
